Claims For Damages/Losses

• Recipients need to keep the damaged items. The shipping company will schedule an inspector to inspect the damaged package(s) to determine the cause of the damage. Once the investigation is complete, a notification letter will be faxed or emailed to the person making the claim.

• Review Documents: It is essential that the claimer supplies documentation that supports the actual repair or replacement cost of the merchandise (up to the declared value) as requested in the Damage/ Loss Notification Claim Letter. Supporting documentation can include original invoices, purchase orders, Bill of Lading(BOL), Driver receiving receipt or other information may be required by the shipping company.

• Claim Payment: Once the claim has been approved, payment will be processed. The claim payment may differ from the original amount requested depending on the documentation provided. Typically, claim checks are mailed to the claimer's billing address that is on file 3-5 business days after the shipping company receives the required documentation.

15% Restocking Fee for All Unassembled Non-damaged Cabinets Return. All Assembled Cabinets are not Refundable or Exchanged. No Returns Will Be Accepted After (30) Days from the Date of Purchase. Returned Products Will Be Inspected Prior to Acceptance by ROC Cabinetry. Thank you for your business!
