Can you send me a brochure?
The Specbook is available to download online per product series. Once on the homepage, look for the "Resources" section to select the series you're interested in.
Are your products CARB2 & KCMA certified?
Yes. All our cabinets are fully compliant with CARB Phase 1 & CARB Phase 2 regulations, ensuring low emissions and environmentally safe composite wood products. They are also KCMA certified, meeting rigorous industry standards for durability, quality, and sustainability.
Are these cabinets strong enough to support a granite top?
Our plywood core construction for all our cabinets ensures the strength required to support granite, concrete, or any other countertop material that you may select. No additional cabinet reinforcement is required.
How do you ship your cabinetry?
Most orders will be shipped on a pallet via an LTL (Less than Truckload) carrier. Some smaller items may ship through a small parcel carrier, e.g., UPS.
What if my delivery includes damaged cabinets?
If your order is received damaged, please notate any damages with the freight company on the delivery receipt (POD) when accepting the delivery and take photos of the damaged items. However, if no exceptions are noted, including the concealed damage, claims cannot be accepted. Most importantly, do not refuse the shipment. Submit a claim online under “my account” with the photos of the damage if the order placed online; for offline orders, please send them immediately to claim@roccabinetry.com, for all GA orders, send to claims@roccabinetrytampa.com, for all Tampa orders. ROC will review and replace damaged pieces in a timely manner.
Are the sides of the cabinets finished?
Yes, the sides of all framed cabinets are finished matching the face frames and doors. However, our Euro-Deluxe frameless cabinet boxes feature a universal white linen box color in and out, For any exposed ends on Euro-Deluxe frameless cabinets, a ¾” finish panel is always required to ensure a seamless and polished appearance.
Do I need a toe kick?
Most of our cabinets and vanities come with a toe kick (nailing block) that is not decorative. We recommend purchasing additional toe kicks to create a uniform look and hide the seams where cabinets connect.
Do you sell just doors, drawer fronts, or cabinet boxes without doors or drawers?
In the Euro-Deluxe Series, cabinet boxes and doors are sold separately. However, for all other product lines, we sell only complete cabinets.
Do you offer assembly services?

Do you offer installation services?
We do not offer installation services, as we are strictly cabinet distributors.
